Eventplays is a yacht charter broker. We do not own the boats.

Who we are
Eventplays arranges recreational yacht charters in Miami and nearby waters. We are an independent broker. We introduce guests to vessels owned, operated, and crewed by third parties. We are not the owner, captain, managing company, or insurer of any yacht listed here.
Who owns the yachts
Every yacht on this site belongs to a third-party owner or operator. Names, photos, lengths, guest counts, amenities, and locations are supplied by those owners or their representatives. The owner or operator — not Eventplays — is responsible for the vessel’s condition, licensed crew, safety equipment, insurance, and compliance with U.S. Coast Guard and Florida law.
What a booking is
When you pay on this site you are requesting that Eventplays reserve a charter with the vessel’s owner or operator on your behalf. The charter is performed by that owner or operator. Final confirmation, boarding location, captain assignment, and remaining balance (if any) are subject to the owner or operator’s availability and terms.
Photos and descriptions
Listings are marketing materials. Layout, finish, toys, and exact appearance can differ from photographs. Eventplays does not warrant that any yacht will match the images or copy on this site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eventplays, its principals, and its contractors are not liable for injury, death, property loss, delay, cancellation, weather, mechanical failure, acts or omissions of owners, captains, crew, or other guests, or any other claim arising from the charter or from time on the water. You charter and board at your own risk. Recreational boating involves inherent danger.
Insurance and claims
Any claim related to the vessel, crew, or the charter itself must be directed to the vessel’s owner or operator and their insurer. Eventplays is not a party to the vessel’s insurance.
Cancellations and changes
Owners may substitute a comparable yacht, change dock, or cancel for weather, mechanical issues, or operational reasons. Eventplays will try to rebook or refund amounts we still hold. We are not responsible for owner decisions, travel costs, or consequential damages.
Guest conduct
The captain has command of the vessel. Illegal activity, unsafe conduct, or exceeding guest limits can end the charter without refund, as determined by the captain or owner.
Not legal advice
This page is a disclosure of our role as broker. It is not a substitute for insurance, a signed charter agreement with the owner, or advice from a licensed Florida attorney.
